Donna Marlene Tinsley

Donna M Tinsley, 83 yr old of Taylor county.

She was born 1941 and raised in Machias, Maine. She was raised with six siblings and parents. Her family made their way to California, where she raised her children Kimberly A. Foglio, John J. Baltas Jr. 

She then became the first female to get the position of Head of Human Resources at USPS. She kept that position until her retirement. During her time with USPS she raised her children and met her second Husband Thomas Tinsley while working at the same facility. They had many wonderful years together until his passing. Afterward, she focused on her career, children and grandkids. 

Donna is survived by her Son John J. Baltas Jr and his partner Cheryl Barnett. 

Grandchildren: Brandy Baltas, Johnny Baltas, Caila Baltas, Courtney F. Foster

 Her grandson Nick J Foglio II, his wife Shana Foglio. Her great grandson Nick J Foglio III, & Vincent A. Foglio.
