Bobby Joe Williams

Bobby Joe Williams, born January 11, 1965, in Brush, Colorado, passed away June 17, 2026 surrounded by the love of his family.

Bobby was a hardworking, dedicated man whose life was defined by his love for his family and his willingness to help others. He spent 19 years working for Taylor County, where he earned the respect of his colleagues through his strong work ethic and commitment to serving his community. Beginning as a Maintenance Supervisor, Bobby's leadership and dedication led to his promotion to Maintenance Director, a position he proudly held until his retirement.

Outside of work, Bobby enjoyed the simple things in life. He loved fishing, watching old Westerns, shooting his guns, and spending time with those he loved most. Nothing brought him greater joy than being with his daughters and granddaughters, creating memories that will be cherished forever.

Those who knew Bobby will remember him as a man with a generous heart, a helping hand always ready when someone was in need, and a stubborn streak that became one of his most endearing qualities. He faced life on his own terms and cared deeply for the people around him.

Bobby is survived by his daughters, Brittany Williams and Hollie Rogers; his beloved granddaughters, Hana Helms, Adalynn Rogers, and Aubriella Rogers; as well as his brothers, sisters, extended family, and many friends whose lives were touched by his kindness and friendship.

Though he is no longer with us, the lessons he taught, the love he shared, and the memories he created will remain in the hearts of those who loved him. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
